I am an experienced Creative Director who transitioned into Creative film and video production in 2019. In addition to a broad knowledge of the filmmaking process I have storyboarding, art directing and scriptwriting skills. I’m also a voracious reader with a love of quality long form journalism, literature, cinema, travel and contemporary art.
In the photograph I’m on the right, producer and photographer Nathalie 'Nats' Mountain is on the left and sandwiched between us is make-up artist Elie Maalouf. We're somewhere in the Mojave Desert, a few years before the Covid-19 pandemic that put a temporary pause on productions around the world.
The A-team was my favourite TV show as a kid growing up in New York. Each member of the team was a completely unique personality and very different, but together they were unstoppable. That, in a nutshell, is my inspiration for successful creative directing: Pick the most awesome people, as creative as possible, as diverse as possible, challenge each other, inspire each other, bring your own ideas to the table and most of all, have fun.
I am currently working as an independent film producer but seeking new opportunities if they are the right fit. Planet-friendly values and editorial integrity are high priorities for me these days.
